I will hold my hand up Athelstan, I saw there was two threads running with the same topic and suggested to Pinky he might alter the title or more will sprout up, Your humour is lost on most |

I have to say taztastic I share your concerns and therefore I trust that JLR legal teams have authored a contract that's very robust indeed re matters of intellectual property etc.. But having said that, I am in support of JLR's global production plans.
You're right Andy, and there's many more media oppressive regimes I could list. But back to Borat's neighbourhood - I have noticed that many ex Soviet republics are spending huge ad budgets on what I personally term as third rate TV media channel like CNN trying to encourage folks to take a holiday there. So is top of the tourist activity list watching political prisoners being tortured a before or after dinner tour |
