If not it is not recommended for engines fitted with DPF. I seem to recall you need Castrol Edge Professional to meet C1?

No, the 5w-30 is a c2/C3, so not really suitable for DPF equipped Freelander 2s, but suitable for a lot of other cars, if you have any second vehicles.
