I personally love my roof rack (but as I don't yet own a FL2 maybe that doesn't count!) however, I'm tol dby reliable sources that Pendle make v gd racks - http://www.pendle-bike.co.uk/

But you cannot get under the barrier that prevents commercial trucks getting into at a lot of FE carparks as well! I recently saw an F2 towing one of those small ERDE trailers that Halfrauds sell that had been modified to take a set of crossbars and a bike rack for 4 bikes on it, quite a good way to do it as you don't loose any mpg due to the roofrack and you have a box trailer for storing all the wet cycling gear after a good day on the trails too. And of course you also have a useful trailer for going to the tip and camping to keep all the dirty stuff out of the car or free up interior space to carry more passengers.

I have a 4-bike rack that fits on my Towbar...unfortunatly, I think droponcarriers.co.uk have gone bust I've had it about 8 years now, and its been great...I'll see if I can mount it on & take a photo in the next couple of days.... '57 FL2 GS

Hi Howard, Looking through the catalogue I see that Thule do several tilting tow bar bike racks. As I am going to have to order mine and want one that allows me to open the tailgate it would help me to know what model you have so I can discount that one. Unfortunatly it seems that it is only Thule is marketed in Norway and the fancier ones are pretty expensive, so have to make sure I order one I can use on a FL2.

I am still debating on what to do about this isue.
Was thinking about the Maxxraxx system but I really want to see one in use on another FL2 first.
