2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Stornoway Grey

Centre Console Box

Hi

Just wondered if anyone had found out if we can buy the lid for the box in the centre console?

I could really do with somewhere to store things out of sight, as my glove box is full.

Cheaper way, i have had a smokers pack fitted( i dont smoke), ash tray with lid is fitted in centre, holds a lot of loose change and cannot be seen, FOC David

So is this standard on all HSE 2008 models? I expect delivery end of March of my replacement FL2 and would like to know. Thanks

I thought that this item only came as part of the premium pack but if they are fitting it as standard in the HSE 2008 range then that is good news.

Wish they would add the spoiler as standard.

I had seen these, but my accessories approver didn't like the look of it, but she liked the look of the premium kit cover, to hide cables, phone charge, and other small bits when not in use.

Having said that, I showed her pics of this sometime ago, so she may like it now

if they are part of the premium pack option, then we should be able to order them,

just like the stainless steel exhaust is part of the sports body kits and your able to order them as a one off order.

Thats a shame

Such a basic item and still an extra on the top spec model.

Perhaps they should do a HSEE model.
Thinking about it they already do, it's called the RRS. trouble is if I spend that sort of money I won't have any change left over to store inside it.

Thats a no win situation.

I like the look of that sliding-lid box. It looks as if it's exactly what I need: will keep the iPod safe (from flying around), but still attached to the auxilliary audio socket.

i use a lanyard around my neck and i can then plug in the earphone or the aux lead Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
