Winter sun

So it isn't a Freelander2 so I cannot put them in the competition, so here are some pics that I took this afternoon while taking some fresh air on the east side of Loch Lomond - very cold, but lovely and sunny and hardly a breath of wind

some nice photos there Tim

Love Scotland, i was sat on the east side of the loch this year near Rowardennan in a Hotel Beer Garden watching a thunder storm come down the Loch

Fresh, unspoilt air with a hint of thunder storm mixed in with Ben Lomond in the background which my brother, wife and the dalmation had just walked up and spent a night 'wild camping' near the top Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Wild camping????? That's a bit dangerous round those parts NP - its a well known haunt for druggies from Glasgow.
My sister has a large modern house right at the base of the Ben, she does B&B so you should have knocked on the door and had a nice comfy bed for the night - they also own the Oak Tree Inn at Balmaha and the bunkhouse there where single rooms cost £5 a night if you have a sleeping bag! How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

I didn't go camping Exclamation i had a perfectly good caravan at Aberfoyle,

it was just my bros. his wife and there dog, camped about 100m for the top and came down in the morning.

Do you know if the druggies can get that HIGH Question Rolling with laughter just in case he ever wants to go back.

Though i did notice that there was alot of camp fire on the Loch Shores near that big round polo mint monument, maybe they drug it up at the shores Question Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

That will be the £5million "Welcome to the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park" "sign" at Stoneymollan Roundabout then NP, this year they are crying that they haven't enough money in the kitty.............................. but have just spent £23millions on a new "eco friendly" office block in Balloch to replace the 2 rooms that they used in the old Balloch station! Makes you proud that your money is being wasted so efficiently I can tell you. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

Thanks guys.

Carl - the plate was made up by the Charles Hurst's in London who supplied the car..................... maybe if I have to replace a plate then I might ask them to use some artwork on it, but it is just a bit subtle as it is and not many folks realise what it reads - maybe they have better things to do with their time!! Also it was a standard issue plate - I paid the lowest rate the DVLA charge for current series cherished plates (£600) it isn't one of their mega-bucks numbers. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?

CH won't supply a tampered plate, you would need to go to a reg plate supplier who will alter/ twist / ammend to your liking a set of plates which are not truly road legal, he will sell them as 'Show Plates' with a disclaimer on the back and normally charge £15 -£20 a plate.

I'm happy with it just as it is! It keeps it subtle and doesn't attract unwanted attention from plod - only those that are into reading things into number plates get it. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
