Posts: 4392  | Agree with Redlabel, I always remember it as near side, nearest the kerb/pavement irrespective of whether its left hand or right hand drive. Nearside can become the drivers side if driving a left hand drive car in this country   | ||

 I was unfortunate to have a slight argument with a large fence in the office car park which entailed a trip to the local body shop which is run by a guy who has been a LR nut for 30 years and mentioned this problem to him. He says this trim comes adrift on all Land/Range Rovers. His advice "throw them all away and power wash under the wheel archs on a regular basis.
