Delivery within a week according to dealer.

Thing that struck me this afternoon is that my mind just isn't on the job on a Friday.
Is the same true for the boys and girls at Halewood? I bet minds are elsewhere on a Friday.

Is Friday a poor day to have your car built? Is Tuesday a better day for attention to detail?

I wonder if those who have Friday builds are more likely to have faults.

Am i paranoid?

Hmmm.... After reading this, I am glad my car will be buildt on a Tuesday. Tuesday November 27th. That is the date set up for my car to be buildt.

Caspian Blue is obviously "the colour" on the production line at the moment.
I wonder if they do them in weekly batches for each colour? TD4 HSE Auto Caspian Blue

Yes

Depending on LR's production process the car may have only been inspected on Friday and given the go ahead for shipping, which means it could have been built a day or two before. It also depends on if they keep a buffer system in place meaning that a car may not be built in one day, but over a number of days.

I would say probably the worst production period would be where a vehicle produced at the end of one shift and the start of next, because this is where things are forgotten....or guy who was working on the station where the vehicle is ill when the shift starts back in the morning and he was in the middle of something
