England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Yes lovely gadgets but there are a couple that I used to have on my previous Skoda Octavia that I really miss on my HSE. For example not only could you still close the windows after switching off the engine, but you could also close the sunroof which you can't do on the Freelander. Why doesn't it have map reading lights? Why doesn't it have two fuel computers - one for the current journey and one for a greater distance (e.g. since last refuelling). My biggest gripe of all though is the horn - why on earth does LR insist on using those stupid pencil sized things on the steering wheel rather than the usual centre push. I hit mine in anger the other day and accidentally slected cruise control at the same time - potentially very dangerous!!

2nd time around, I think you can close your windows as long as you don't open a door. Even if you do, try pressing the start/stop button for 3 seconds (it's like turning the key to activate the panel).
