Scotland 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Lago Grey

the problem is that once the metal has started rusting it always comes back no matter what you use or do.

you may slow down the rusting but impossible to eliminate.

better underseal/protection is required to stop the metal rusting in the first place.
