Rear D post speakers

Hi all I have a FL2 2007 td4 currently had just blank d posts in the rear and just upgraded to speakers as well took the quarter panels off and the old d posts to fit the new speaker ones and noticed the the speaker connection is different and won't fit ( I assume it because the speaker d posts are my 12/13 parts ) is there a way I can connect them or am I best taking them out and putting the the old blank d posts back in Crying or Very sad I hope this makes sence.

It doesn't sounds as though anyone has done this.

I don't know if this helps: https://www.freel2.com/gallery/albums/userpics/15009/Speakers.pdf. It describes the speaker arrangements for the various audio systems. It implies that the speaker connections are simple wired connections, so you may be able to replace one or both connectors to get a matching pair. It's not clear what, if anything, you've done to upgrade the audio system - have you checked that the cables are connected at the 'other' end?

Morocco 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Santorini Black

Hi everyone,

I have a MY2012 HSE with mid range audio system

So the 2 Mid range speakers mounted on the instrument panel the (1) center fill speaker centrally located in the instrument panel are missing ... do you know if it's already wired and I have just to put speakers on or maybe there's a another stuff to consider.

Thank you in advance
