Very approachable. Not over the top. Really competitive price on a factory order FL2 GS via email. Let me test drive a FL2 with family for the day, trying out child car seat combinations and no pressure to secure a deposit after which was REALLY refreshing. Very responsive and happy to answer loads of questions on email on subsequent days. Understands the real concept of how to sell a car.

Finally placed my order last week for delivery March 08 (fingers crossed). Yeehaw...

Anyone else had any experiences there with sales or service ?

So far have been very good.

James got the service manager to waiver the nominal £15 insurance charge for the courtesy car during a service visit this week.

After the visit (which went fine) James followed up with a PM to ask how things went and what could be improved.

Thanks very much for the feedback. As you both know, we are embarking on a large refurbishment program, so it's nice to hear we're keeping the level of customer service high at the same time!

Visited Park Lane on Saturday 08/03. Dealt with Mark who was really helpful and supplies endless good coffee. Went with the intention of purchasing a new FL2 SE Auto, however, due to there being a shortage of the spec and time scale I wanted, the backroom chaps, Matthew and Barry did a lot of sums and as a result I collect a 9 week old HSE next Friday.
A good experience, a deal I was happy with and an easy team to deal with.
