Her Ladyship tells me it is one of the chemicals they use in the manufacturing process that helps these tissues remain moist in their packaging that reacts with the sensitive skin around the anus. This inflammation encourages the development of haemorrhoids. She said that if you do use these "booty wipes" use them sparingly and infrequently particularly if you suffer from any pre-existing dermatological problems.

She advises that it is healthier to just use clean paper toilet roll, or, if that's not available, in winter use handfuls of fresh clean snow and dry with a paper handkerchief afterwards. In summer any unsoiled soft large leaf green vegetation. Finally, and in a rather dismissive growl (I think she thought I was examining this issue too deeply) she said - I quote: "use your common sense."

That's why Taz and myself carry a 'duster' Laughing and if it's previously been used for polishing then it buffs up your arse piece also. Thumbs Up
