Love my heated screen. All I need now is the heatshot/alphatherm heated washer fluid

Me too - never had a heated screen so can't say, but the Prog button is a big improvement on every other car I've owned.

with temps as low as -16C here the heated screen and prog button are a boon

by the time I've brushed the roof and bonnet of snow and scraped the side windows it's ready for a brush on the screen, switch wipers on, select snow setting and GO!

Not many manufacturers offer the heated screen, is there a patent on it as the only vehicles that seem to have it, have had a relationship with Ford even the Transits we had eighteen years ago had heated screens, we have Renaults at work, they mention it in the Owners Manual saying "if Fitted" but it is not offered as an option or at least not in the UK.
