2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Sumatra Black

michelin are saying that they are making some in december sometime to ship to suppliers in the uk. we use michelin at work and they just wont give a date for them at all. most wholesalers say end december for the new batch. as there are so many tyre tread designs/ sizes they batch produce thesedays. your tyre type gets in a queue.

grabber ats are nearly as bad. i've just got someone who'll do me a set of thse that should be delivered in next week.

my wobble stopped straight away which was nice.

bit of a rumble at slow speeds but seems good so far...

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Zermatt Silver

I've managed to put a few hundred miles on some Michelin latitude cross tyres, and they are slightly (very slightly) noisier than scorpions, I'm getting 37 mpg, and they handle better too. OK I know it's a FL2 not a Lotus Elise, but the Michelins give a better turn in and feel in corners.

And they work in snow. Well it was only an inch deep, so maybe not a real test.
