 Wing Mirror Problem - Separate Fuse?

I cannot adjust the wing mirrors on my MY2011 FL2. The lights on the L and R buttons don't light when selected and the toggle does nothing.

I can't find a fuse related to this in the manual.

It's a B service with change of brake fluid and felexible hoses. £320 inc. VAT is a good price. The guide is about £420 and I've been quoted £270+ VAT (mine's due the same one).
