I test drove both...
IMHO, the interior in the Kuga is abit more polished, but it sounded like an empty Transit in comparison, hence I got the FL2!

| Not sure about other models but the NV-83 is 145 x 87mm and is pretty snug, I'd search the Sony website for exact sizes but I believe that later models just used the same hardware? |
