GRRRRR makes me so cross Evil or Very Mad

If I had any more time I'd set up a group for raising awareness of the inability of reprogramming FL2 keys and rid tatbay of all the scammers who think they can make a penny from selling dodgy stuff Freelander 2 TD4 Auto, SE, Narvik Black, Alpaca full leather, Rear Headrest Entertainment System, 6 CD, 18 HSE Wheels, Privicy tints

Anyone buying dodgy fobs should report them to eBay for fraud. Just getting a refund and sending the fob back keeps the seller happy as they can just sell the dodgy fob to someone else.

Waste of time PaulC, Ebay arn't bothered there is lots of stuff on their that a shop could be done under Trades Description.
There are loads of Fobs for Freelander 2's listed but Ebay take no notice if you report them.
One seller is selling the original Freelander models as a Freelander 2 models, the picture clearly show the model in a clear plastic box Question
Another on their at the moment is selling a set of used Disco TD5 Range Rover P38 wheels stating they may fit a Freelander 2, but the get out they use is "they may", so if you don't do your homework thoroughly you run the risk.
Sat nav discs are another they say they fit all Land Rover models, if you question it they reckon that the local LR dealer says they fit Shocked
A while back there was a rear spoiler for sale in Sussex, the seller stated complete, are asked the question "was the two fixing brackets with it" yes came the reply, but something made me wary, 6th sense or something, the item failed to reach the reserve and was relisted, someone else also asked the same question on the next listing and the seller said the brackets were missing, when I queried this with him he replied with "go forth and multiply I'm not forcing you to buy it" Shocked you say anything you just get abuse back, if I buy off their now I make sure it is what it says it is and if their are any doubts I leave it. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

I use eBay to sell our products a lot and I assure you that whilst not every reported issue is acted upon it is still definitely worth the report because a lot of them are investigated and action taken.

I have also been the target of a report... I had breached eBay rules in my listing, someone had reported it and I was given a warning and my listing was removed. So I know that sometimes action is taken.

I think it not right to say that eBay don't care. More accruately I would say that they don't always act and that is true. They could do more to act but there are millions of listings. It would take a small army to investigate every reported issue.

I would still recommend that anyone that has evidence that a listing is fraudulent that you report it. It only takes 3 reported events and the person is banned, at least for a while

When I sell videos on eBay I make sure that they have all been properly cleaned beforehand. If they are dirty when they arrive to you then I can only recommend that you give them a wipe over with a clean cloth. Laughing
