A few years ago, when on holiday in Australia, I hired a car in Sydney. The letters on the plate were POM. I couldn't believe it! I thought maybe they reserved it for visiting Englishmen.

Theres a Range Rover around GUM 800T the 8 is doctored to look like a B of course, bit naughty really, the police dont like it as of course you would never guess it supposed to be an 8 would you  I was only wrong once and thats when I thought I was but wasnt.

Saw a black FL2 T9SAF and a black D4 T9SRF travelling behind it north on M6 at Carlisle the other day. Both sporting privacy, side steps and model deletion. You had to look twice with the numbers, they were so similar. They turned a few heads.
