Personal preference, he obviously doesn't need 7 seater bus and a smaller economical FL2 is better

We're all gonna defend our FL2's on this site, otherwise there'd be no point being a member I like the D3, having driven one a lot at work. The only issue I have with it is the lack of power. The FL2 is much more lively. The D4 is something else though...........  Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

Personally speaking, I prefer my D3 to my old FL2. Bags more power, D4 even better still more capable off-road, more load space, and from an economy point it ain't a lot less than the FL2 on MPG, especially on a long run  ______________________

At least my update of original thread got us back on course if somewhat cotroversial.
Stompy prefers his Disco 3 "bags more power"

I am still using D3 and power ??? Throttle response/travel on D3 is similar to when my FL2 is using some terrain response programmes which totally alters throttle travel and response. You have to give it a lot of pedal before anything really happens.

Although getting more used to D3 still want my own back or preferably a replacement car from Land Rover. All FL2's (3) Gone
