IPod conection

Has anybody had the Ipod connection pack installed and is it any good and how much is it?

Not sure it would be any better than just plugging in to the Mp3 point?

Ipod connection unit allows you to change track and volume via steering wheel controls and also
charges your ipod.

Unfortunately i does not show the track details on the stereo display which is why L/R have it fitted near the
steering wheel so you can view those details...but most users seem to not worry about this as ipod set to random and if you don't loke the track you can skip to next.

You can diy fit this yourself as full instructions come in the kit or dealer should charge no more than an hour to fit.

I think there's a guy on the Disco3 forum who does them for a discount Whistle Whistle Whistle If i sell it for that i'll be out of business in a week..

It also offers the advantage of charging your iPod on the move.
It allows control of the ipod from the steering wheel............
I got mine for 145 from a local dealer, fitting took a bit longer than expected as the instruction for the addtional audio options leaves a little to be desired.

The are picture in my gallery of the dismantling of the dash to fit the ipod interface, but non of the reassembly as it started to rain Sad
