D3 and RRS down

Have been trying to get into D3 and RRS this afternoon and they both appear to be down....................

Have been on Messenger with Jaymann and he cannot get into D3 or RRS as well. I can get the home page but then it just times out!

sometimes I can get into the home page but no further. Do you have MSN messenger?

I don't even get as far as the home page - it does load the title tags but that's about it. I have all the usual IM accounts, but they're no good to me at work; blocked by the network nazis, alas.

Martin - Problem report for d3.co.uk
15:00 today i got this

phpBB critical error

Could not connect to database.....

Been OK for a couple of days, but it just went sloooooooow and then the critical error.

I got the same message too at about 14:59, tried the rrs site a few minutes later (15:03) and got an identical message
