what ever you do DONT start reading the SDS specs oil can get very complicated,

I did some reading to decide which Fork oil I wanted for my trials motorbike and was very surprise how much they can vary for a "10W" I ended up going for Motorex

go for the specification and not just grade (5w30)

my first ever FL2 and I did keep it longer than most other cars!
But its now gone way up Norf

The oil I went for was Smith and Allan
Momentum C1 Fully synthetic 5W-30 and it does meet the spec for
Landrover LR St JLR 03 5005
and also
Ford WSS M2C 934 B
for use with with the DPF fitted.
