Mr Plod must be extremely busy checking lights then as the amount of vehicles that blind is ridiculous, legal or not.

They can't catch them all, but down here they have been on a crackdown for the last decade. Me and other colleagues spent lots of evenings taking away confiscated vehicles for storage, after the police had issued removal notices on them for having incorrect light bulbs installed. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Soon to be sold.
