Maybe you are looking in the wrong place.
The engine needs fuel, air, and compression to start. You obviously have compression, your looking at the fuel and ignoring the air.

The FL2 has a butterfly valve in the intake, it's job is to shut off the air when you turnoff the ignition, they die, boy do they die. When they die (not if) they can die open and you would never know, maybe a little run-on when turning off.
They can die partially open and you get limited revs maybe only a low tickover or maybe 50%, mine would be 300-400 rpm, then suddenly OK until it eventually gave up the ghost.
They can die closed or nearly closed at which point the engine will either refuse to run or will run for a few seconds until the air demand creates a vacuum in the inlet manifold, which mine did eventually.

When mine died the nice man from the AA rammed a bloody great screwdriver through it, causing it to be permanently open, was so tempted to leave it like that as it hadn't run that well for weeks. Test by taking it off, or just disconnecting it from the intake, or ramming a bloody great screwdriver through it. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

I check live data. Air mass flow is 225 g/s before start. I start engine air mass flow drop to 3 g/s . Engine switch off and after few sec comeback to 225 g/s.

The MAF can't return a measured value with the engine stopped, as there's no air going through it to measure.
Try replacing the MAF, or at least disconnecting it and trying to start it. It won't run well with the MAF disconnected, but it should start. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Now, I have an i6 and I'm pretty sure that it won't start at all unless the MAF is plugged in but your engine is different.

I believe that the diesels use a substitute value if the MAF is disconnected, rough but enough as a limp home. Should set the engine management light. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

That's correct, as a petrol engine needs to know how much air is going through the MAF, so the correct amount of fuel can be added.
The MAF on a diesel is simply used to measure the air the engine is consuming, so it knows how much exhaust gas is being passed by the EGR system, so the amount of fuel needed can be reduced. But for normal non EGR running, the MAF doesn't do much. Thumbs Up Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
