I did mine over the weekend and thought I'd share my observations for others in the future.
Initially tried to do it with car flat and wheels on full lock as there is enough space... but couldn't get enough leverage to crack the level / filler plug, so took wheel off and managed to crack it but it was bloody tight and I'd say definitely more than 35nM. With the car still jacked up way above level on gearbox side I removed the filler plug and to my surprise a load of oil came out maybe 200ml so it had been overfilled before but god knows how, is there another fill point they use in the factory during build?
So then cracked the drain plug and put wheel back on lowered car while draining. Drain plug back in and then filled with 1.9ltr oil with wheels on full lock. Didn't use new copper washers and no subsequent leaks.

Did you open the drain plug with the fluid temperature at around 60 C and with the engine running, If not then that 200ml needs to go back and recheck according to the book

The fluid temperature is only relevant for automatic transmission, not the manual gearbox.  Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The replacement for the SE.

I dont think the ATF temp is all that critical - someone on here ( I forget whom) calculated the difference in volume of ATF when at ambient temp as opposed to 60c - its not very much. Jules

I wasnt sure about this so I did the calculation myself.

Filling at a less than 60C will obviously overfill the autobox. But by how much ?

Using ATF thermal coefficient of expansion as 0.0007/C.
The 7L of ATF in the autobox expands by 245ml on going from 10C to 60C, and 196ml from 20C to 60C.

The question remains does overfilling by 245ml at 10C (ie 3.5% of total volume of 7000ml) actually make any difference. Jules

I would suggest it does not, I'd rather risk running with it overfilled than underfilled.

Cool! I'm looking at doing mine this weekend and just read in the workshop manual that both plug washers should be replaced.. I'm assuming (?) you didn't as its not mentioned in the write up but just wandering if you have noticed any slight weep at the drain plug on yours? While I'm here does anyone know the part number for the washers please?

I changed the gearbox oil again yesterday and new washers were used, they also were used when i did it originally just forgot to mention it so this time round i have.

As with original oil change always make sure you can undo the filler plug first before draining out the old oil, otherwise you could be in a pickle.

Drain plug undone & removed, 24mm socket the car on the level oil still flows out so seems ok from the last fill.

Wheel off and FL2 jacked up using the jacking point to keep it level.

Level also put on the sill inside the door and the side step.

My drive has an sloping therefore needs some wood under to make it level from back to front.

With the under tray removed you can now undo the drain plug.

24mm ring spanner will do the job nicely, so crack the drainplug ready to remove.

Place you catch container under the drain plug and remove the drain plug with your fingers, do not drop the plug into the oil container, i used an old bowl.

Lowered the car on the jack also, this was to help drain all the oil out, let it drain for at least 10mins or more.

New copper washers ready and waiting once the oil as drained.

Drain plug with new washer added, and car put back to level

Next i hooked up my pump filler.

Let that settle a little then put in the next ltr, which started to overflow.

All looked good and most likely did not need doing, but i am doing all the fluids this spring / summer on both my Fl2's

So 2lts out and new 75w/80 added.

Double checked the drain plug for leaks, cleaned and dried before putting the undertray back on.
