I managed to remove my Gen 4 pump without removing the flange I did this by rotating the pump about 180 degrees after taking the two 4mm allen screws out and cleaned up the end of the pump casing with coarse wet n dry so it "just" cleard the flange, I would imagine any seal would go behind the nut as same as Defender output nuts ??? 2013 FL2 XS.

Did mine on Friday. Re used the nut. Impact driver spun it off easily. Flange tapped off easily, didn't need to used pullers. It's not a nyloc nut so I'd no issues reusing it. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

There's no need to remove the drive flange from the Haldex to get the pump off. It's a tight fit, but the pump will come off without removing the flange.

Yours is the version with the harmonic balancer on it on the drive flange. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The replacement for the SE.
