Reduced power warning with no MIL

Hi a I ma looking for some advice please I have the reduced power warning coming up in the info display but with no MIL
I can get it to reset by turning off and back on again It seems to be related to throttle position but not to how much power I am trying to pull ,making me think its not the fuel filter. I understand this car can have issues with throttle position sensor .Is it possible this is triggering the error. I could do with understanding what the symptoms of the faulty throttle are
Any advice will be appreciated as this is bugging me
If any help its a 2008 TD4 HSE Auto with 108k on it

thanks in advance

Reduced power warning...with no Mother in Law? Shocked

I think you will need to get the codes read, to see if there is anything being flagged up. 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

When I have had fuel filter problems it has been when extra fuel is required eg going up a long hill and car goes into reduced power mode but can reset when switched off. When was the filter last replaced? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
