I have a genuine Land Rover removable tow hitch on my FL2 (swan neck) and want to be able to mount my motorcycle rack on the vehicle ( to carry monkey bike- see pic) however this requires a flange end on the bar rather than the swan neck.
Has anyone modified the standard bar to make it flanged or know if I can purchase a new flanged hitch head that will fit the existing LR receiver ?

Take a look at the witter range
They do a fixed flange and removable flange options - make sure that you get the correct tow ball, as standard tow balls aren't compatible with Alko hitches with stabilisers - you need one with an extended neck.

Hope the instructions for the FL2 are better than the ewok - it says you can fit without removing rear bumper cover - you can but you will remove all the skin on your knuckles and takes longer than removing the bumper cover  Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
