If anybody in the North of England would like to come along, the D3 and RRS guys are having a get together over the weekend at Weardale Offroad Centre, east of Hexham. The site is just west of Wolsingham, off the A689 in Weardale and the post code is DL13 3BG.
Don't be put off by the fact that it's D3's and RRS's - not many of the owners are that keen to get them bashed and scratched so there won't be anything too difficult. Also bear in mind that quite a few owners of RRS and D3 started out with a Freelander 1 so they know what their capabilities are.
Routes will depend on the weather but as well as the offroad centre there are a load of greenlanes in the area. Don't be worried about getting stuck, we have plenty of recovery kit between us!
Here is the thread on D3, don't worry about signing up just turn up by 9:30 of Saturday or Sunday.
