Rear Demister Causing FM Interference - FIXED

Hello. I have a Facelift 2011 SD4 Sport LE with Alpine non DAB Audio.

When I turn on the rear demister I lose all FM reception.

Anyone think of what may be wrong? The demister is working.

So far I have disconnected and reconnected the pop on connector on the driver side boot window ,is this the aerial?

I have taken the trim off the boot surround and disconnected and reconnected the double and single pop on connectors on the rear screen, are these the aerial??

I have disconnected and reconnected the connectors to the white box 6H52-18C847-CA and red box 6H52-18C945-AA, are these both amplifiers?

Disconnecting any of these items seemed to have no effect on the radio!

AFAIK the aerial is on the rear side windows between the C and D Pillars
Have you had any work done that might have upset the wiring and/or connections?
It's odd for it suddenly to suffer from interference (but I am no electronics expert)

The rear screen will be faulty, the side windows are AM and DAB aerials, I believe and the rear window has vertical lines which are the FM/TMC aerials Thumbs Up

If the demister is working in what way could it be faulty? Anything I can check?

So I have fixed it (almost)

After spending ages fiddling with all the various connections I did what taztastic suggested and checked the screen. Two of the heater wires were damaged. They look as if the top surface has been scraped of. A quick wipe with a wet thumb resulted in an electric shock for me and the return of FM reception when the demister is on. I presume the oil and moisture from my skin is helping to bridge the gap. After three days the interference is returning but I have ordered some conductive repair paint to permanently fix it. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered it form a chinese seller so will have to wait a few weeks for it to arrive.
