How to remove the air vent on the dashboard?

Trying to fix an annoying rattle in my Freelander 2. I have so many ticking and creaking sounds from just normal braking and accelerating from the interior plastics, and now this, a horrible rattling from the passenger side air vents when going over rough road surface.

Anyone knows how to remove the air vents? Must be just metal clips, i assume, but I don't want to take any risk of breaking the plastics.

cheers!
creaking and ticking, otherwise a very happy owner.

I haven't personally removed a side air vent but if you don't have any responses you can go into "Topix" under "Workshop Manual" and it gives you the instruction on how to remove Thumbs Up MY15

thanks for your feedback, but I am not willing to pay 10 pounds without being sure I can fix the rattle.
