Satnav update on my 2009 fl2

How can I update my satnav without it costing me a fortune, any help would be grateful , many thanks

I have read that Volvo discs are a cheap upgrade. I'm sure I read it on here somewhere.

I have a genuine LR 2012 UK disk available, for £15 plus postage, if that is any use to you, for a quick fix?
