Parking sensor have a mind of their own!

More often than not my front parking sensors go crazy and beep more than usual even when there's nothing in front of me! Happens to back back sometimes too, but with so much beeping at the front end, it's almost impossible to hear and rely on the backs when reversing! Anyone experience this or similar? Anyone have a solution to this? I'm not able to relax and rely when reversing as they seem temperamental.. HELP! Big Cry

You can turn the front sensors off switch on the lower right of the centre console under the radio next to the ECO switch
Try also cleaning the circular sensors (fitted in the front and rear bumpers) especially the gap between the middle circle and the outer edge - if they get dirty it can cause them to activate - but don't pressure wash them

Thanks for the responses. I'll get down and have a good look for any damage or dirt etc later! Thanks
