Anyone have/seen this item? Lock 'n' Level

Appears to deal with TA wheel locking and levelling / jacking almost effortlessly. Just needs a small 12v tyre pump adding.

Just back today and looked at the lock n level

Looks a good bit of kit, but I have a few reseservations on it,

Puncturing it by , sharp stone in ground or tyre
Reversing over the valves (not covered on warranty) and the promo video shows the tyre scuffing them Shocked
The metal ramps at each end look sharp, and when inflated are raised of the ground inviting a foot to be sliced open

Maybe version two will address a few issues, I don't think it's been out long Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Wouldn't a pair of Milenco Aluminium Levellers achieve the same result as a pair of inflatable mats?

I have read they don't rotate as stated with a drill especially on a heavy van and you need to use a Rachet spanner Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

That's useful to know, - if the Milenco takes forever to wind up then I'll stick with ramps!

Rolling Eyes

found jacking the front end up as far as it would go, got the front wheel off the ground easier with the jack

also found with the front end up as far as it would and the wife walking inside to the back of the van, didn't cause the van to lift up, so the wife has to eat more to add more ballast Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Ive got a SAS Gridlock Twin (no longer available sadly) which is basically a steel box section across the fronts of the two wheels, each end has a bolt passing through the wheel into the receiver and theres a sliding plate that locks over the bolt heads, easy to use, less easy to describe. It fits between the gaps of the wheels and needs much less accuracy of wheel positioning than the Alko. Its a heavy old bit of kit though and normally use it when the van is in storage, I have 1 Alko lock that comes on tour, that and the hitchlock I feel are enough for on site where theres plenty of people about.
