high air pressure in the fuel tank

Hello

I noticed that when I remove the cap for closing the gas tank, there is a significant air pressure that emerges. It seems bad.

The air exhaust noise is very important pfffffffffff such as opening a can of gazeuze drink.

I like to know if this is normal and if it is not, where is the exhaust air pressure line, so I can lead if necessary?

Are you sure is pressure or vacuum?
Because generally is vacuum. And is caused by a bad cap equalizing valve.
