The guy was super helpful and if only I had known it was the CCF file then I could have directed him.
There is a guy on facebook from Dundee who is mobile and when I spoke to him seemed to know exactly what to do.

What I will do is go to the guy in Stockton as that's where I work reading through some posts there was a guy Jon who had his activated there ... northern 4x4 I think they are called

I wonder if you can get non-adaptive lights? The price of those is a bit scary

you can get standard xenons without the adaptive part when they pop up on the bay etc.
mine were £475 delivered which I know is a lot but when I consider the cost of buckled wheels and damage from not being able to see where I am going I think its a worthwhile purchase lol
