Wheel alignment on service

Can anyone tell me if wheel alignment should be checked on an A service on a 2013 FL2?

Thanks.

I've never heard of wheel alignment being checked on any car on any service.

thanks for the responses. I'm obviously showing my age because when i was a full time mechanic, it was part of every major service.

You must be nearly as old as me then! During my apprentice years at a Vauxhall main dealer in the 70's, when carrying out a service I can remember balancing the wheels, greasing the ball joints and propshaft joints, greasing and adjusting the front wheel bearings, adjusting the tappets, cleaning and gapping the points and plugs, checking and adjusting the ignition timing, adjusting the clutch pedal free play, oiling the air filter mesh and cleaning out the carb float chamber!

Times have certainly changed! Laughing

Oh yes. But being with BL, most of my time was spent on warranty work, either rebuilding idler gears on Mini/1100 and replacing clutches and warped front drums on Marinas.
