How do you make the drivers door unlock all doors on exit?

As above!

I have searched this and other forums but can't find out how to reset the locks to do this. I'm not sure what I did, but I am sure that when I used to open the drivers door, all the doors unlocked. They don't now, but if the front passenger door is opened then all doors unlock!

How do I change it?

I have reset the one click unlock and that works fine.

The doors all automatically lock on moving off, and I'm ok with that. I just need them to all unlock when I open the drivers door!! It's driving me nuts...

Thanks

Jon

A case of RFM Wink

Single/Multi-point entry

Remember, you can programme each Fob differently, so you may have had one programmed to open all and the other to open the drivers door only.

Drive away locking iirc is a visit too the dealer to get it changed.

When you press the unlock button your vehicle
will unlock in one of two ways:

1. Unlock the driver's door and fuel filler flap.
A second press is required to unlock the
remaining doors.

2. Unlock all doors, fuel filler flap, and the
tailgate.

This security feature unlocks only the driver’s
door and tailgate. It can be disabled on
individual remote controls by unlocking the
vehicle then simultaneously pressing and
holding the lock and unlock buttons for three
seconds

Thanks. I had found that detail, but my problem is not the key fob, but the drivers internal door handle no longer opens all doors when you open the drivers door from inside the car.

Can you unlock all doors using the button on the dash?

Try a Hard Reset, if it is a software glitch it resets most faults.

When you lock the car, is the drivers door actually locking?

I've had few doors that need the dealer to look at due to failing and I'm wondering if yours is not locking then it won't unlock the rest as it thinks it's unlocked already

Ok this is a random thing now. I reset the locking to unlock drivers door only with one click and all doors with two clicks. It now randomly opens just the drivers door or all doors when you have driven and stopped to get out of drivers door. What's going on????!

Hi JBC

I Hope my post helps you sort your locking system out, I know how much of a pain it was a pain for me when it was not working as I always hang my coat up on hook over rear passenger seat and when I get out and the door would not open i had to use key-fob to open door to get my coat.

Regards

Dave
