Kelvin rate for Xenon HID bulbs

Please can somebody identify the original Equipment LandRover KELVIN rating for standard Xenon HID bulbs as fitted to 2011 onwards cars?
.
Aftermarket kits are listed as a KELVIN choice of 4300K, 6000K, 8000K, 10000K or 12000K.
.
I want to but a HID kit that illuminates just like the original equipment for wattage, brightness and colour; I don't want to look like a 'boy racer' with funny colour bulbs that might attract a police pull over. (no not a woolly jumper!)
.
Kind regards from Fred.

The OEM Xenon's fitted to my previous and current model are 4300K. These give out a slightly warmer light than the daytime driving and signature L.E.D's but the difference is not overly noticeable. A happier medium would be around 5000K as those at 6500K look far from original and as for anything over that. Shocked

MY2013 have, possibly amongst others, Osram Xenarc D1S xenon bulbs and according to one website the spec for the bulb is a colour rating of 4100K.

Hope that helps.

Thanks gentlemen for your replies.
Now I need to decide on which maker/supplier on eBay, there's hundreds to choose from.

OEM HID is generally 4300k, although I think some (BMW perhaps) are drifting towards 5000k bulbs at manufacture.

On the old range rover I had, one of my bulbs went, and I replaced them with a set of hard to find osram 6000k bulbs. Definitely a cooler colour of light from the bulbs compared to original.

The intensity of the light from HID stuff tends to peak between the 4300 and 5000k region, as you go higher in kelvin the intensity starts to fall away gradually. At 6000k I can't say that I noticed that the lights were dimmer, just cooler colour, although there is talk on the web that when you go towards 8000k an above ( which is really getting blue/purple ) they are definitely dimmer for the same wattage.

Hids4u tend to give a good service. Never tried them for H.I.D kits, but okay with dash cameras and L.E.D bulbs. Good service too! Thumbs Up

I recently bought some Philips Xenon bulbs from user 'bmwbobilim' - genuine product at a great price and they arrived the following day - very happy with the purchase.
