Bright Yellow Liquid leak

Hi Guys

Can anyone offer some advice, my FL2 (2008) has been making a funny wiring noise from the left hand side of the engine bay, like putting something in the spokes of a bike, and today i have noticed that i have a bright yellow liquid dripping from under the front end where the bumper meets the undershield. Can anyone guess what this might be so i have an idea before i take it into the garage.

Cheers

Could be air con lubricant as garages often add a colourant to it to identify leaks. Is your air con working normally? Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?

I have checked the Power Steering, the Brake Fluid and the coolant and all are fine for levels. The noise does seem to alter when i have the A/C on. "I havn't grown up, I just buy bigger toys"

Air Con lubricant on my machine was coloured green - see my post in Maintenance & Modifications "Air Con Puzzle"

Still have not solved the problem but getting closer - best of luck Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?

Yes it sounds like you have a AC leak, it will more than likely be a punctured rad if its coming out of the bumper, but you could be lucky and it be one of the seals in the two flexi lines from the rad to the hard lines. If you look in the engine bay under the PAS bottle and screen wash filler you will see the AC hard line (these look like two aluminum pipes side by side one larger than the other) at the end of these is the flexi lines if you feel either end for the refrigerant if these are dry it's more than likely the rad
