Dash Trim Piece Removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove this silver piece of trim below the key slot. I'm sure it simply levers and pops off but its feels like it going to break.

Actually after finding the correct search term 'fascia' I believe its held on with adhesive.

Just need to give it a good hard pulling, its not like the glove trim where there's a screw fixing on the side
