2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey
Fading Center LCD dashboard display

As above just the center LCD fading and no line across the center of the display all other LCD displays radio , trip etc still bright any ideas

Heh, don't mean to sound stupid or condescending, but you aren't wearing sun glasses are you? My LCD displays can be hard to read when I wear mine, but if I twist my head sideways, the letters fade in and out. Different amounts of twist for different displays. It is all to the with the polarising filters as I understand it. 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

Yes youre right sun glasses especially the polarised type do affect how clear the display is, I find on mine when wearing them the mileage display numbers almost disappears completely in daylight.

My radio LCD display has lost a couple of lines. They just disappeared one day. Just hope I don't lose any more.

Hi no I'm not wearing sunglasses display came back on normally today but almost vanished again tonight
