Got a cold!

Jeeeeez. Heard an item on the gogglebox the other night, saying that, on average, we get FOUR COLDS A YEAR! No way. If I got 4 colds a year, I would shoot myself. I get maybe one every 2 years.
So my average is 0.5 / year. Even that's too many.

What's yours? And what strategies for avoiding them? ...

With 2 mobile cold carriers in the house, my strategy is to get them to cover their mouths when coughing Confused

I also normally have the flu jab, but get flu as the side effect of having it Neutral Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

chillies?

Taz... chillies? raw? And that reduces the effect of a cold? Or just make you feel bad in a different way, taking yr mind off having a cold? Anything that makes it go away v welcome! ...
