fitting side steps to a HSE with HST body kit fitted

hi does any one know if you can fit side steps to a 2007 hse which has got the HST body kit fitted to it?

England 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 Sport Auto Sumatra Black

I've fitted side bar's with no problem.

The only awkward bit was the removal of the bit of body kit wich is attached to the front wing.

You will need to remove the Black trim. SD4 Sports LE Black ...
