I didn't create it mate. Just setting a story in a newspaper for the UK Police:
"Dorset Police has unveiled its latest tool to tackle rural crime - a 3.5 tonne tractor. The tractor - complete with flashing blue lights - has been loaned by Zetor UK at no cost to the taxpayer."

I didn't realise the UK police used such vehicles!
