FR2 Headliner

New FRS, 3 months old, just ripped headlining doing someone a favour!!!
Any tips on how/who could repair a 20mm tear or is a replacement headlining an option withing the reach of a modest tax paying individual???
Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

any idea how to clean the headlining?

Walnad...smart repair people can "invisible" mend the roof lining, they use a curved needle to sew the hole back together, good ones can really do a good job.

Beamo..... Sounds silly but WD40 is good at removing wax, don't spray it on, try some on a cloth first to make sure it's ok in an inconspicuous area, hopefully it will just dab off..don't rub.

You in Bedford??
Then please see my posting on the FL2 "Courier Network" thread. If you help me I'll give you a couple of packets (16 per pack) of special wipes (very expensive here in Switzerland) that will take off that hair wax and not leave any trace of damage when I'm next in Blighty in October. I have to use them a lot with daughter and her mum in the FL2!! They'll last you a few years.
