I have recently purchased a 19" Shadow Chrome alloy with the idea of replacing the steel rim and speed limited spare wheel as the concensus of oppinion within the caravanning fraternity is not to tow when one of the speed limited tyres are fitted. This seems to borne out by enquiries made to local tyre fitters and was the subject of an article within a recent Caravan Club mag.

Therefore I am now looking for a Continental Cross Contact 235/55 R19 105V to fit to alloy rim.

Anybody bought any of these recently - where from and what price please?

Some on eBay for sale at £160 plus £10 P&P - I have spoken to seller and he will discount to £150 plus P&P if a pair of tyres bought. So anyone in North Essex/South Suffolk interested - please let me know as I am prepared to have sent to me and sort out afterwards.
