Reversing Mirror Tip

If you have the auto dipping side mirrors then i have just found a neat trick

As you know, when you select reverse they'll dip to your desired view, today when i reversed i wanted to make sure i was between the white lines, so i adjusted my drivers door mirror to look further down towards the ground

When you have parked, a quick press of the right selector button and a prod of the adjuster lever and the mirror goes back to the normal reversing position, then back to normal position when you select Park or Driver

Cool little trick that only works on the drivers mirror, not the passenger one Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Kewl ... now all we need is a little switch that converts the whole car momentarily to L/H drive and we'll be able to parallel park - umm, well - in a parallel fashion! Freelander 1 TD4 HSE - gone, 2 weeks after the Cat.Converter!

If you park across two bays - if you buy two parking tickets on put one on the drivers window and one on the passengers window - will that be ok Whistle

I would assume it would as they aren't losing any revenue from the two spaces being used by one vehicle????

I wonder who will be the first to try it. 2002 Honda VFR800
