Wanted: Used roof bars for Freelander 2

Needed before the end of June 2011; a used pair of roof bars for a Freelander 2. My Freelander doesn't have the roof rail option fitted.

Thanks in advance.

Tigger.

Probably not want you want,
but I have for sale a pair of THULE ROOF BARS (side to side) that are designed to fit the Land Rover Roof Rails(front to back). And I have a pair of Thule Cycle Racks that attach to the roof bars, also for sale.

Any prices to go with these?

I'm talking about the optional roof rails that you can specify from the factory. They are tubes that run either side of the roof, from front to back and are common options on most estate cars.

Unfortunately not, but I hope you manage to find a buyer.

The Thule roof bars and the Thule cycle racks are in A1 condition, so I think that half the current new price would be fair.

But it will have to be a pick up from South Devon as I am not in the position to pack them up for posting.

I'd have taken you up on that if I'd had the standard roof rails fitted in the first place Sad

Thanks jp. Unfortunately, the fitting system is different between sunroof and non sunroof versions and I've got the opposite to him!

Thanks anyway.

Tigger.

That's odd, the Land Rover price list gives them as two separate part numbers:

Raised roof and cross brace kit:
LR006608 - non sunroof
LR007220 - sunroof

Cross bar kit to fit to above:
LR002417 - fits both
