I am glad it seems to have gone down well.

Oversize plate...hmm..garage fit these strange ones with an oversize bit on the bottom, it looks OK though.

I considered the centre of the Ar$e piece, then realised it may come off with constant going in and out....I dont believe this sentence, I am crying laughing now Rolling with laughter

another angle, quite subtle really

I find the older style piece that is on my 07 model has two problems:
1) It gets dirty pretty easy. In fact, mine has water marks on it that won't come out.
2) It sticks out so far I think it is actually becoming a little loose from being used. The newer piece seems to sit more flush so won't suffer from the same leverage.

Haha, loose arse piece Smile 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

Paul, that bit at the bottom of the reg MIGHT come off, as they are usually stuck on with double sided tape. You will be able to tell if its not part of the reg itself. Thumbs Up

If it's anything like our front one, the plates shape is profiled to include the dealer advert Evil or Very Mad ...But the rear one is as lad suggests and was removed quite easily Very Happy

Big Cry front and rear both moulded into plate.

iIt doesn't look to bad so will leave it for now, at least the screws pass through the letters and are hidden, don't think the plates will last though as there seems to be a thin plastic sheet which overlaps the sides, water will surely find its way in Rolling Eyes
